Surgery Registration is Now Closed. But, You Can Sill Come Out for a FREE Microchip!

All information must be entered in full. Your appointment is not confirmed until you have received a confirmation email from us with pre-surgery guidelines.

Surgery will be held at Main Street Vet – 1311 Eatonton Hwy Madison GA 30650 – Sunday February 25th

All pets without a valid rabies tag and certificate will receive one at the time of surgery. Rabies vaccines are $12.

All pets not currently microchipped at the time of surgery will receive a complimentary microchip with free lifetime registration.

Please bring your pet to Main Street Vet in Madison, GA on Sunday February 25th between 10 AM & 2 PM to receive a FREE Microchip with FREE Lifetime Registration.
